Jacob and Kenze were the first couple to say “I do” at Rustic Grace Estate. With charming details like burlap runners and beautiful baby’s breath bouquets, Kenze had all of the details planned! While the wedding could certainly be described as rustic and classic, the love Kenze and Jacob have for each other is modern and fresh. Their ceremony was performed by the groom’s father and the bride’s youth minister with messages focusing on Christ and His love and example for us. A sand ceremony symbolized their unbreakable union, and a kiss sealed the deal. They became husband and wife in front of their closest family and friends, the lake and Texas countryside in the background and love in the air!
The reception began with some good, ol’ TexMex, or of the best foods to eat at a wedding in a Texas barn! Dancing, laughing and cake eating all were elements of this celebration, and then the happy couple took off to their honeymoon. (Oh, yeah! And we had a 2014 Superbowl champ at our first event. That’s right, Red Bryant showed up for the happy occasion, too! How great was that!?) What a lovely event it was, and what a privilege to have two people begin their journey as husband and wife here in Van Alstyne. May God bless your marriage!
