Fun Summer Wedding | Bubble Send-Off

How much more fun does it get than vintage getaway cars and food trucks?! “Fun” really is the best word to describe this beautiful wedding day. Everything about it was so cute, unique, and personalized for the bride and groom. It was quite evident what a wonderful time the bride, groom, and their family and friends had! There wasn’t a moment that they weren’t laughing and smiling. We are thrilled, as usual, that Ryan O’Dowd was there to capture these images that portray this wedding day so well! If you haven’t already, be sure to check out his website for more beautiful images!

Something old, something new… something yummy!

Micaela and Eric are one of the sweetest couples we have ever met, and they have impeccable taste! We loved how unique this wedding day was. Micaela and Eric weren’t necessarily looking for just a normal, traditional wedding day. They wanted something that showed personality and that was a little bit different from other weddings! One thing that helped successfully pull off this vision was the choice of food trucks rather than a buffet or plated meal. The cute and colorful food trucks, Ruthie’s Rolling Café and Easy Sliders, looked picturesque parked underneath our string lights between the red barn and white chapel. While guests were able to choose which truck they wanted to eat from, some ate outside (it was a beautiful day) and some brought it inside to their tables. Such a fun idea!

Take a picture, it lasts longer!

Another touch that we thought was very sweet and personable were the pictures of Micaela and Eric on each guest table. Their beautiful centerpieces with wood slices, pine cones, and florals really came together with the addition of the photos. While each piece of décor that they chose looked absolutely gorgeous, we especially loved the cross on the stage of the vintage chapel complete with florals in the middle.

Finally, Micaela and Eric had an adorable vintage black truck as their getaway vehicle! We see a lot of limos and cars, but it’s always a special treat when we get to see a vintage vehicle. It really does add a unique touch to the send-off at the end of the night. Not to mention, it looked great underneath the string lights! This wedding day was definitely one we will remember for quite some time. We are so thankful that we were able to be a part of it, and truly wish the absolute best for Mr. and Mrs. Randall!
