At Rustic Grace Estate, we love that each wedding is unique! At our North Texas wedding venue, seeing the personality of each couple shine is one thing we love about what we do! As we reminisce over the events of each wedding, the photographs tell so much of the story. We always ooh and ahh over Texas wedding photographer Carlye Allen’s photos, and it’s truly a pleasure to work with her.
Sometimes, when it’s time to tell the couples’ story, there’s just no better way to do that than to go straight to the source! Julianne was such a bright light as we worked with her and as she planned her North Texas wedding over the course of about a year and half. And even after the wedding was over, and everyone went home, her kindness continues to shine through our interactions. There’s just no other way to say it; her smile is contagious, y’all!
Let’s get to know Julianne and Kyle!
In Julianne’s words: “Kyle and I met through our best friends. We actually started off as friends with our close knit friend group that grew into much more than that! 2020 happened, and our love grew. So, tbh, that year wasn’t all terrible!”
“Kyle actually proposed to me in our apartment that we moved into just a few months beforehand and dropped down to one knee. I was totally surprised and wasn’t expecting it at all even though I knew he wasn’t being himself. It was the perfect unexpected proposal with just us and our two fur babies. We then celebrated with our close friends and family here in Texas and my family at the beach!”

However, to us it’s all about the connection we make with the vendors and where we could envision ourselves getting married with our closest friends and families. Well in August 2020, Toni’s amazing personality won us over!”
“What . . . won us over was the double doors in the chapel, the beautiful hard wood floors, and standing up on the stairs being able to envision all of our family and friends. We also absolutely loved the silos, the longhorns, and of course the bridal suite! To say the least, it felt like the perfect decision and at home. RGE, y’all were the perfect team. Abigail, thank you for being so sweet and responsive anytime I needed you. Toni, you’re my girl and I couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you for helping me plan, the reassurance, and the friendship! This may have been a long engagement, but we wouldn’t have had it any other way! Thank you RGE for making it the best day! So many memories were made!”

As a North Texas wedding venue, it’s always important that Rustic Grace be a destination on a wedding day, a place of beauty and relaxation. With an early spring wedding, the lake provides a path for the migration of ducks and geese. These are such a serene sight to behold for the wedding couple and their guests. This wildlife can often be seen flying in, swimming around, and enjoying the natural landscape that Rustic Grace provides. Your guests will love the views!
Julianne obviously has great taste which she showed off in so many ways! Pale pink bridesmaid dresses always pair so perfectly with the new life that springtime brings. That same pink shade of roses, fresh eucalyptus, and baby’s breath was carried by her bridesmaids in beautiful bouquets of springtime freshness, which she also carried over into the reception with her floral centerpieces. Julianne’s stunning gown featured a long train and strapless neckline which accentuated her natural inner and outer beauty!
It was a day of beauty, of light and love, and of a new beginning! Julianne said,”I wish we could do it all over again!” And so do we!
“Where do I begin, when Kyle and I decided that we were going to start looking for a a venue we looked all over the DFW area. My dream venue was a white chapel with natural lighting, rustic, has a reception hall onsite, a bridal/grooms suite, and have a Texas feel to it! Well, let me just tell you, RGE was all of that plus more. In the DFW area you have tons of options, however for us it is all about the connection we make with the vendors and where we could envision ourselves getting married with our closest families and friends.
Well, at our initial tour one of RGE’s team members, Toni, completely won me over with her sweet personality. What also won us over was the double doors in the chapel, the beautiful hardwood floors, and being able to stand up on the stairs with my husband and envisioning our friends and family being there. We also loved the silos, the longhorns, hello Texas atmosphere! Of course they had the rustic barn where we held our reception and beautiful bridal suite. To say the least, it felt like the perfect decision for us, RGE was the perfect team. They were responsive any time I needed to see the venue, which was more than a dozen times, they responded quickly, and when it came down to my bridal moments, they also were the best gals to reassure me when needed.
To say the least, if you are looking for a beautiful white chapel, rustic barn, basically a traditional Texas wedding, RGE is just that. They also are also affordable and have the best staff. Thank you RGE for helping to make our big day such a dream come true!“
