Fun Fall Wedding | Beatbox Portraits

We have been WAY too excited to share this wedding with everyone! Not only did we get to work with the wonderful Beatbox Portraits for the very first time (who, might I add, absolutely blew us away with these photos!), but we have never had a wedding quite like this one. Whitney told us from the beginning that her and her groom, Greg, just wanted to have a FUN wedding. They wanted it to have an “family BBQ” and “carnival” kind of feel, where their guests could just enjoy themselves the whole day. I think it’s safe to say that they pulled it off perfectly!

The weather could not have been any more beautiful for this fun day! Complete with a lemonade stand in a carnival booth AND a cornhole competition, Whitney and Greg definitely made use of our beautiful outdoor space, including the brand new deck around the vintage silos. The guests enjoyed getting to play games, mingle, and visit with our longhorns! Inside the new brick silos, there was a fun dessert bar with mini cheesecakes from Dandelion Cheesecakes and other fun cookies and treats from Amuse Bakeshop. The guests enjoyed getting to pick and choose their desserts, or even try a few different things. They also got to enjoy some delicious barbecue from Hard Eight, which is one of our favorite places! Probably our favorite and the most unique thing, though, was the caricature artist. Such a fun idea!

In the vintage-style white chapel, the décor was kept fairly simple. Some buckets of baby’s breath (always a cute idea) lined the reclaimed wooden floors down the aisle, and they also had some beautiful wooden signs made for the entry area. With the wedding party onstage and the sun shining in the background, it was an absolutely perfect way to start a fun celebration.

Whitney looked absolutely stunning in her gorgeous wedding gown, and we loved the look on the bridesmaids, too! Each of them had a different colored skirt and also got to choose whatever fun colored shoes they wanted to wear underneath. It definitely looked super cute and also allowed the girls to have a little bit of a choice so that they were comfortable and confident in what they were wearing! We absolutely love the way it looked.

We could go on and on about this lovely day, but take a look at the photos for yourself! It was a wonderful and fun wedding day, and Greg and Whitney seemed to have a blast with their friends and family. We wish them and their precious kids a lifetime of bliss!
