Mid September in Texas is a beautiful time of year. The memories of long summer days are fresh on everyone’s mind. Caroline and Brandon made the promise to join together as one on September 17th, 2016 at the family-owned, distinctly southern, Rustic Grace Estate. The beauty of the Texas landscape encapsulated their love for one another.

Nestled on a farm on the outskirts of north Dallas, Rustic Grace Estate in Van Alstyne, TX features a beautiful white wedding chapel, a big red rustic barn for reception festivities, and a pond near a field full of grazing cattle. Sunset is easily the best time of day to capture photos and video. One must-have shot at Rustic Grace is capturing that beautiful Texas sunset in the open field behind the chapel. The moment is breathtaking. The married couple have just said the words “I do,” and in this moment their joy has never shone brighter.

When it comes to the wedding highlight film, the toasts are usually my favorite part to watch as we get to hear some of the most heartfelt words spoken about the bride and groom. The maid of honor and the best man share a sweet story or two, and in the end these stories bring us all closer together with laughter and tears.
